I'm actually fighting the urge to sleep...but, I CAN'T until I find out who the next president will be.  HISTORIC... even, if you didn't vote for me.

This is the symbol for "Don't give up"....very cool....So, I'd like to encourage you (whether you are a Hobo or not...well, if you were a Hobo....you probably wouldn't have a computer, and probably wouldn't be reading a Stinky blog..so to the rest of you non-Hobos).  Everyday I have to work very hard at being a Stinky dog...sometimes I feel like giving up....and then by the Grace of God...a Hobo leaves me a secret sign!

Well some of you may have noticed (if there is ACTUALLY anyone out there checking in on me...and by the way, if you are, THANKS!) that I've not been posting blogs regularly.  Why is that?  I don't know.  There could be a number of reasons...Let's see if I can figure it out exactly.  I don't think it's laziness...I'm always really busy (sleeping, eating, running around in the yard, thinking up jokes, trying to behave, etc. etc.). Let's see... it's not because I've run out of ideas....my poor little brain is spinning with them.  Perhaps, it's just that I forget.  I have something to admit to you all (gasp)... I AM forgetful, well, muddled really. So that's it!  I'm muddled.  BUT I try...I really do.

I'm back....sorry about the break...I was looking for just the right pumpkin.

Yet another interruption.....by the Stinky artist... about Stinky Books

Here are the "thumbnails" for my third attempt (my first attempt was bad, my second attempt was ridiculous) at a Stinky picture book(this one isn't so hot, either). Basically, this is how it goes...first I spend days upon months working on the text for the story...then I do the thumbnails (as shown here)...then I do larger, rough sketches of each thumbnail...then, I do a finished drawing for each. It's a long process. The text usually changes, too. As I see the images come to life...the words just naturally change.

A brief intermission..I mean interruption by the Stinky artist....

Hi.....Stinky artist, here. Just thought I'd show you some doodles....they are taking over my house...I doodle everywhere..on every last scrap of paper in the house....well, except... maybe not the toilet paper.
